From Orange County Get yourself onto Pacific Coast Highway (Hwy 1) near the Los Angeles County Line. Turn Left onto 1st Street in Seal Beach (there's a light). Go down the street a few blocks (doesn't look like a street on which you would find a restaurant). At the end of the street enter the beach parking lot (down the hill).
